Imperial define a modular cleanroom as an independent self-sufficient building using prefabricated panels with integrated mechanical and electrical utilities. Our cleanrooms’ unique modular advantage is in special design of hook and seal joining system and our own prefabricated panels, which include pre-wired outlets, lighting and integrated utilities.
HOOK AND SEAL JOINT WITH ALUMINIUM STRIP
Installing Imperial modular cleanroom is as easy as placing two panels together, adjacent wall panels slide into one another by connecting the Aluminium Strip and clipping them firmly in place once locked, panels fit perfectly together, leaving the clean room wall with a completely smooth surface finish. No cutting or fitting is required.
INBUILT MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL UTILITIES
Imperial modular panels are constructed using pre painted galvanized steel (PPGI) of various thickness such as 0.45, 0.47. 0.5, 0.6, 0.8 mm, allowing electrical conduit outlets, lighting, air return and instruments like Megnahelic gauges to be placed within the wall prior to installation at site, This reduces the on-site risks of electrical work, it also reduces installation time and costs. We also offer other utility integrated panels for gas, compressed air, purified water, etc.
BUILTIN RETURN AIR
The cleanrooms’ return air ducts are placed within the wall panel cavity, which uses less space and makes it perfect cleanroom.
CORNER COVING AND 3D CORNER
The entire right angle corners in-between wall to ceiling, wall to floor joints can be covered by coving and 3d cornet to avoid difficult cleaning in 90 degree corners, and to avoid the accumulation of dust particles and bacteria.
CLEANROOM VIEW PANELS
View Panels in Clean Room plays an important role, view panels are basically placed in between two separate rooms, so that operators can have visual contact and communicate with each other without leaving their locations
We use the best quality glasses with options laminated glass or polycarbonate is used where the risk of breakage is very less.
View Panel size is customised and available in any size and thickness based on the customer’s requirement, also with different shapes.
CLEANROOM DOORS
Imperial Cleanroom Doors can be configured by single leaf and Double leaf doors with customised size and thickness, are doors are airtight, easy to clean and perfect finish which is corrosion resistance with glossy or matt finished surface with powder coating.
Also vision panels with customised sizes are available, also clean rooms doors are to mainly achieve the differential pressure in rooms, for which we can provide boor bottom seal and door closures.
All the accessories like Door handles, door closure can be provided in stainless steel material as per clean room grade.
